A: No. Women of all ages can experience both athletic and health benefits from creatine, including cognitive health, aging, and even improved menstrual health. Q: Is creatine monohydrate only for bulking? A: No. Creatine has many health benefits beyond muscle size and strength. Creatine alone won't make you get "huge." That comes down to consistent lifting, lots of protein, and plenty of calories! Q: When is the best time to take creatine monohydrate? A: As long as you take creatine every day, the research says it really doesn't matter when you do it. That said, we still recommend taking either right before or right after your workout as an easy way to remember. Creapure® is the brand name for pure Creatine Monohydrate produced by AlzChem Trostberg GmbH in Germany. It is the most widely studied form of Creatine and is proven to be safe and effective.

Good quality 👌
Good quality and great size for the price. The powder is fine, dissolves well, and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste since it's unflavored. Totally worth it.

This is my first purchase at iHerb and my first time in consuming SteelFit Creatine Monohydrate. I must say the quality is good and its ingredients are micronized and so well dissolved in plain water. For the taste part, I like the unflavored Creatine as it's pure and tasteless. The size of 500g for 100 servings is absolutely great for me. Will definitely come back for the second round.

Прекрасно!
The plant-based dish soap block with bergamot scent produces ample suds. It cleans oily containers effortlessly. The block sits on a bamboo soap rest. Zero plastic.

The best Creatine…
This is now the only creatine brand l buy. It’s Creapure so l don’t have to worry where it’s been made, dissolves easier than other brands l have tried and never leaves me bloated. I find it good value for the price too.
