I like sushi ginger with homemade sushi but this batch wasn’t as good that’s why took one star off. It wasn’t fully submerged in liquid and ginger was darker. I like super thin slices and tastes delicious.
Used in for home made sushi and liked how it compliments the taste. It does have sugar in it, but not too much, may be I could use slightly less, but overall a good taste.
I bought this to have with home cooked Japanese dishes which don’t come with a side of pickled ginger like sushi takeout. I love the clean taste. With minimal, quality ingredients that are all organic (ginger, cane sugar, rice vinegar), it’s the perfect way to perk up dishes from miso salmon to teriyaki pork.
We've been consuming this organic ginger with sushi every week for many months and it's absolutely delicious. No artificial sweeteners, no harmful additives, just real food. The only downside is that sometimes the slices are cut pretty thick and this is not ideal since the pickled ginger should be super-thin ideally, but overall it's not big of a deal and it works for me!
good and crunchy. Clean and organic and like the ginger flavored liquid to use along with the ginger. I have used many times but this last jar lid did not close as easy but like having storage in glass without plastic.
It love the slices size. It taste great. I use this very often when I am eating. Sometimes you just need a little ginger in your food and this is great.
