I am usually against multi vitamins as they are either too highly dosed with nutrient I don’t need or combine for many nutrient that can’t be absorbed together or use synthetic ingredients. This milti vitamin is ingeniously designed for women with solid basics! It has a mint taste but not too strong. I am easily nauseous with supplements, and no nausea whatsoever with this supplement!

The quality is the best, after taking it , it soothes the stomach and digest well, it has this mint taste to it which I love , I take it daily , size is okay but it’s pricey , the ingredients is best too and it’s effective . High potency great packaging . It is for age 18+ above.

I like this product so far. The mint taste and small capsule size makes it easy to take, and it does not cause stomach / GI trouble like other brands.
These pills have all I need to stay healthy. I love the mint flavour and it gives me a boost of energy shortly after taking it. I also really like the fact that the packaging is lovely and the pills are easy to swallow. I stopped taking multivitamins for a while because I hate the big pills that kept getting stuck on my throat!
