I too didn’t realize this is a powder you dump into your mouth, so I mixed it in water first. I find it to be a bit impractical and I’m not loving the idea of having to let it dissolve in my mouth

Tastes good. I assume ingredients are good quality. It has a nice taste. But I severely choked trying to swallow this. It went into my lungs when I used it according to the instructions. It was actually quite frightening. I didn’t realise that “dry scoop” actually means that you hold a powder in your mouth. You have to hold your breath. If you use it I’d recommend that you mix it in water and drink it.

I love this! It's mixes super easy in water, has a very mild flavour and is super easy to swallow down before a workout. I use this on days when I was to 'stack' for up to 10grams of Creatine (for brain benefits as well as leas body mass).
