I can’t believe the quality of this belly band/belt. It’s way better than any belly bands I’ve seen at stores and purchased before. I have paid more for 1 piece of inferior quality. There were 3 that came in this set. I should also mention that I’m recovering from hysterectomy right now. I used belly bands after my C-section in the past.

It takes some practice wearing it to figure out how tight it needs to be. You don’t want it too tight or it will cause/ exacerbate pelvic floor prolapse. I mainly bought this for the hip belt because I was having some SPD after birth. The belts are good quality, and comfortable if you wear them correctly.
