Disappointing for Convenience — Needs Refrigeration
I tried Solaray Mycrobiome® Complete Probiotic Postnatal and the capsules seem okay, but having to keep them in the fridge is inconvenient. I didn’t notice a major difference in digestion or postnatal wellness either. Not very practical for busy moms.
