I started taking the Liposomal Glycine+ and it’s been such a nice addition to my routine. Within days, I noticed I was sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling more refreshed. I've only taken glycine for a few weeks and have felt the benefits with my sleep problem. I take one capsule in the afternoon and another one an hour before bedtime along with 200 mg of magnesium bisglycinate and 1 mg of melatonin right before I sleep. My sleep has then improved. Not perfect but better than when I have not tried glycine before. Codeage's quality and ingredients are best.

I like the fact these is a liposomal glycine. The capsule are quite large, so for some people I think drinking it in powder form especially at higher dosages would be best. 180 vegetable capsules. Take it with NAC by same brand. Hoping it will give lasting benefits.
