Although I don't use this every day, I love having this on hand for when I feel that my breathing is getting harder, or if I feel that my lungs need to relax a bit. Lobelia has a very relaxing effect, and it's highly documented in "Back to Eden" if you're interested in that book. A good supplement to take when you need it.

The results for me were fairly immediate, it cleared the airways within 5 mins and breathing became easier. I was taking it 3 times a day but havevsettled at 2, morning and afternoon. It really has worked.

I generally love Herbpharm as a brand as their botanicals work very very well and their formulas are intelligent and clean. I find the bottle size a little small for the price but appreciate the brown glass packaging. I had to purchase several bottles to helps my child's upper respiratory infection which lasted 15 days (so that was a bit pricey and the bottle too small) but it was incredibly effective with this asthma-induced nocturnal dry cough - we were able to reduce his asthma puffer while using this product.

As always, Herb Pharm comes in with another quality product that produces benefits and delivers exactly what they promise. Taste is terrible but that's the nature of the herb. This product is used very sparsely in our house because of the potency of the herb, but it did help my husband with withdrawal symptoms associated with trying to quit smoking.
