it is missing scoop, so I'm eyeballing the dosage. taste is bitter, as if lemon acid. Not sure if it is mistake, or that's how hydrochloride taste. on the effects, I'll add additional review later. Update: Taste is bitter due to HCl content. It is acidic, so it will impact the teeth enamel. Those who have issues with the thin teeth, or enamel problem can experience increased sensitivity. Overall I'd recommend in capsule form. No bloating, or other issues. I have sensitive stomach, and regular creatine monohydrate gives me mostly diarrhea, but no problem with this creatine HCl.

This type of creatine is well absorbed and doesn't cause gastrointestinal discomfort. However, it has a major drawback: it's very acidic and difficult to swallow; you need to counteract the sour taste with another very strong flavor.

I take 10 mg daily, which is very crucial for my cognitive enhancement. I like it.

If I skip for two days my body feels so dehydrated I get headaches. I definitely recommend this and it lasts forever. I will be reordering!

Just the stuff I want at a good price. No extra ingredients like MuscleTech / Cell Tech (sucralose? why would I want artificial sweetener in my creatine??).
