So far this supplement from Vitamatic seems to be of good quality and price. I have taken chamomile for years to help sleep and stress. I found the price and strength very good, but too early to tell regarding quality For the price it's worth a shot. Thanks Iherb for carrying this product

Wow! Such good value for this Chamomile supplement. The potency is great. I combine it with other calming supplements, and it's working very well. It won't knock you out, just a soft wound down into slumber.

This is one of the ingredients of my evening routine, and since they say the flower in question is calming, I guess that the dosage is right for me, because I get calm.
