When it comes to taurine tablets, NOW is the standard. It's usually ranked #1 in iHerb's taurine category, often displaying "10,000+ sold in the past 30 days," demonstrating its overwhelming popularity. However, this product also contains the same amount of 1,000mg per tablet as NOW. Yet, this product offers better value for money. NOW's popularity on iHerb is so great that it's unlikely to ever reach the top of the rankings. However, keep in mind that if you're looking for the same "tablets containing 1,000mg per tablet" product, this product is cheaper (at the time of writing this review).

Excellent health supplement, improves cardiovascular function, good working dosage and a large number of capsules

Taurine is good for alot of things from heart health, great for the eyes, good for the brain and longevity. This brand seems to work as good as the others.

I checked and found that the taurine I had been using actually was in a gelatin capsule. As a vegetarian, I really didn’t want that. These guys have raw taurine also which is the preferred form as opposed to taurine in a compound. And it’s just the right amount for the split dosing that I am doing

I drink alcohol frequently, which makes me tired easily, so I'm taking this hoping to reduce the burden on my liver.

I really like the amount of taurine itself, but the tablets are too big and difficult to swallow, so I have to chew them before swallowing. Also, the biggest drawback is the container's lid; I don't understand why they designed it this way. It's probably a system where you have to push down from the top to open it to prevent children from opening it by mistake, but that system breaks after opening and closing it a few times, and you end up having to force it open. So, every time the product arrives, I transfer it to a different container before using it.

I really like Taurine because it gives me energy and helps with cardiovascular health. I take 2 capsules a day, 12 hours apart. It's part of my daily diet.

The quality is good, but it is difficult to swallow. It gets stuck in my throat easily.

A very useful amino acid that I take after training. The tablet dissolves easily once swallowed, and it's good value for money. I recommend it.
