This complex has a very good composition, meeting all the needs of a woman leading an active lifestyle. The only caveat: taking the vitamins twice a day is recommended, but doing so can lead to a significant overdose of many vitamins, and in the case of vitamin A, for example, overdosing can be dangerous. Therefore, I take it once a day and feel great.
