Histidine is one of those amino acids that seem to be a little harder to find as a supplement. It is not an amino acid that's very much hyped, but it does seem to have certain applications, interestingly enough also for candida infection. No idea if this will work but I'm giving it a shot.

I have been using a different brand of histidine for some time. When it ran out in late June I switched to this one but they stink. I got a few terrible belly aches in the morning afte taking them and finally worked out its this causing the upset guts. I opened the second bottle and they smell terribly also, like hot methionine/SAMe. Now have two bottles I cant take and have paid for.
I have had a very great results from taking L-Histidine. It has worked better than any other product I have taken. thank you!
