I take NADH for CFS togehts with Q10. It helps me to feel a bit more energetic due to more power for the mitochondria
Seems to work as well as NADH in sublingual form. The onset of action is slower though.
NADH is a bit new ingredient and not so much trials on it. However i trust the manufacturer and take 40mg in every morning.
