Celery Seed, 500 mg, 240 Capsules

Picked this up mainly for water retention and overall health support during a cut and it actually worked better than expected. Felt a little less bloated after meals and my physique looked a bit tighter after consistent use. Nothing extreme, just a nice subtle difference. Huge bottle for the price too which is classic Nutricost. Capsules are easy to take and no weird side effects for me. I also like stacking it with potassium/magnesium when sodium intake gets crazy from meal prep foods lol. Solid underrated supplement overall.

1st time trying this. Love that it is high in potency and is an extract instead of just ground seed. Size is not too big and there no harsh taste. Overall great product for detoxing.

Celery is great for uric acid and since it comes in capsule make taking them very easy , they are effective
