Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM, 180 Vegetable Capsules

I watched a youtube video on what are the best supplements for people who go to the gym regularly like myself (5 days a week) and someone mentioned glucosamine. I decided to go for bluebonnet because they offer high quality products + glass packaging and a reasonable price and honestly this is one of the few supplements that I ordered more than once because it actually works and the benefits are substantial I have zero joint pain even when working with heavy weights, this is magnificent.

My spinal surgeon recommended glucosamine for me after spine surgery. I feel it helps with connective tissue, cartilage, etc. I use it daily and have seen good improvement and benefit for my health, although I can’t rule out placebo effect. Packaging is robust glass. High quality. I recommend it.

Great product and great quality-ingredients. Glucosamine, combined with MSM, is of great benefit for the joints and cartilage regeneration (connective tissues). I have felt the improvement (need to have patience for at least 3 months), specially if combined with other supplements that support the joints and avoid inflammation. It has practically no taste, and the package comes in a glass bottle, which is great!

There is no way this pill helps with bones and joints, as I still feel discomfort after my workouts. I wake up feeling like I’m disabled—experiencing pain, low energy, and feeling completely drained. I doubt it contains the active ingredients it claims to have. I quit using this iHerb webtrash.
