This product came in a timely fashion. I've been using it for three weeks and my hair and scalp feel and look healthier overall. I'm not sure it's helping my bald spot just yet but hey. Father Time is undefeated.

I love the hair product with sensitive scalp and moisturize benefit and scent. The package size and composition quality are good for use for my age.

I will admit I was not happy that the jar was so small. Also, I feel as though it was false advertising because it is not pure Batana. When glancing at the jar, you see the word pure, but close inspection shows that it is a pure butter (whatever that means). The first ingredient listed is Jamaican Black Castor Oil then Batana. This is why it smells good instead of smelling like coffee. However, I do know Black Castor oil is good for your hair too. I have used this for three weeks now and have noticed my thinning spots at my temples are beginning to fill in. I love the thick texture which is good for laying down my edges. For those complaints about heaviness and inability to apply it probably have thin Caucasian type hair. My African-American 3C coily hair with shrinkage, loves the heavy body of it to lay my hair down. Also, I love the smell, so I will order it again; though I am still on the search for a good pure Batana product.

I bought this because I thought it was the Batana butter I had been looking for, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected. The smell and texture reminded me of VapoRub, which surprised me. It may work well for others, but it wasn’t quite the product I was hoping for.

This product meets expectations and does what it is designed to do. The quality is good, and it feels well-made. It is easy to use and performs reliably. While there is always room for minor improvements, overall it offers good value for the price. I would recommend it to others looking for a practical and dependable option.

It smells good and it’s good for hair and the size is great

I can't say if there has been any change in my hair thickness as it's been too soon. I do like the scent but wish it was more user friendly. It is the texture of butter and spreads just like it too. It doesn't come with anything to help spread it on your hair so you have to use your fingers to dip into the jar and spread on your scalp and or hair so it is a bit messy.

I'm very happy with this butter because it helps my dry scalp stay moisturized. It is a very good product and a little goes a long way.

This product changed the life of my hair. I have only used it twice. A bit pricey, but my hair is moisturised and my scalp no longer flakes. The only downside is a bit heavy; possibly due to the castor oil. Next time, I will go for pure batana oil which is way lighter. It gave life back to my dry and falling hair.
