Live this brand and this Manuka honey. It is quite strong in flavor and potency, and works great for colds and digestive issues. I take a teaspoon every morning 40 min before breakfast and I haven’t caught a cold. I always have Manuka at home during cold seasons especially to avoid getting sick and keep my immune system strong.

This is a lighter color and much more smooth than the 573 variety of this Esmont honey. It does seem authentically raw and unpasteurized. One thing that bothers me is that the lid seems too small for the jar-- you kind of have to press it down but it often stays crooked and does not seem to just twist down and up easily.
