A great blend of natural, plant-based ingredients. I really like that it includes superfood greens such as spirulina, parsley, moringa, and more. It feels like an easy way to add extra greens to my routine, and I appreciate having so many quality ingredients combined in one product. Overall, a very nice all-in-one option.

I always opened the capsule and drank it in a glass of water. It smelled moldy and also tasted moldy, so I’m not sure if that was normal. It made me a bit uncertain because I got diarrhea from it once, but it only happened that one time and not again afterward. So I think that’s probably normal. There were also no other negative reviews about it, which surprised me. Still, I’m deducting one point in my rating. It did me very good. I only took 2 capsules a day, but after one week it became too much, the copper overloaded my body and nerves too strongly, so now I only take 1 capsule. It completely neutralized body odor under the armpits, but not so much on other parts of the body — only slightly. It’s a great supplement that’s essential for health, but I prefer to switch to the magnesium form, as too much copper is harmful for me.
