My kids enjoy the Peaches & Cream flavor, and it's easy to incorporate into their bedtime routine. While the product is packed with essential minerals like magnesium and vitamin D, which are known to support relaxation and sleep, the effects on sleep have been subtle. It hasn't significantly improved their sleep patterns, but it's a healthy addition to their nightly regimen.
I really love how easy these are. It makes me feel like the vitamins are getting to them as a liquid than having them chew on a gummy. 10/10!! The packaging is perfect, I use it for two boys every night and it lasts me at least a month and a half. They both love the taste which is a bonus for sure.
Started using this for my toddler and after a week she was finally sleeping better. She takes it every day and doesn’t spit it out. Good enough taste. Great price to quantity ratio, it’s been a month and we’re barely at 1/3 of the bottle. Great quality!

We left the nighttime vitamins because of the quality ingredients. There’s no weird synthetic sugars or colours which is not common to find in a kids multivitamin. My kids love the taste, and I love that I can use it for all my kids at their various ages over one I like that between this one in the morning vitamin you get a very well rounded supplement package!
great taste and i think this product is good for my kids, they haven't been sick in months since taking this and the multivitamin (the red one). for reference my kids are 2 and 6 years old.

Love this! Not too much peach, has a creamy texture and taste. My toddler will take by spoon or added into a smoothie. So happy to have found a good multi mineral for my son. He can only take liquid supplements at this time. Very pleased with this company’s well rounded products. Noticed improved energy. Next time will order the larger bottle.
