There is a variety in tablets and in the form of tincture. Tablets take much nicer, the tincture has a vividly expressed bitter taste, but for some reason it seems to me that the tincture is more effective. In the acute phase of the disease, take 1 recommended dose every 2-3 hours, as the symptoms decrease, go to the regimen 3 times a day. Strengthens the immune response of the body, as a result, you are harsh enough, but quickly. For the last year and a half I have not been ill in the acute phase (this is when with a temperature and in a couch) for longer than 4-6 hours.
