A good powder. It helped someone recover from heatstroke and works well in training.

Typically I just used unflavored Creatine, but I use this as a change up at times. It mixes well and tastes great.

I really like this brand, especially the style of the cans. I bought myself Pretren and now I'm trying creatine. The ingredients aren't pure, but it tastes good and is pleasant to drink. I sometimes mix it with citrulline.

“Pink lemonade” taste is very intense. Good if you enjoy very artificial drinks, but I will not buy again. Power seems to sink really quickly, so you have to stir it constantly. Packaging is great: there is even a little hook inside the bottle so scoop is clean and never lost.

My husband and I started taking this and quickly noticed both cognitive and physical benefits! I like that this is NSF certified and on top on that, it tastes great! 10/10!
