Just started taking these biotin gummies, so it's too soon to notice true results. I will say the flavor is really nice natural strawberry taste

first thing i noticed - the gummies are very very sticky like you literally have to suck on your finger. but it's summer here so that might be the cause, recommend storing in a fridge. i've only had like 6 gummies so far so i'll have to watch for the effects and benefits. flavor is an important quality for gummies like this but i personally find it too sweet. like the ingredients though
