Gentle and effective
I have very oily skin and, in addition to acne, I struggle with blackheads and oxidized sebaceous filaments. I was looking for a product to help me with that. I've had professional extractions done in the past but those cost a pretty penny. This product helped me do my own extractions as I found it reasonably effective at softening the blackheads and filaments, and I like that the package comes with cotton pads and little disposable extractor tools. I still feel like I had to apply a good amount of pressure on my skin to extract the filaments, so this is why I'm docking off one star. Otherwise, I really like this and I see myself using it in the future but only occasionally (once a week at most)
