Good product if you don't want to buy Vitamin B complex and BenfoTiamine separately. This product combines them! Benfotiamine may be beneficial if you have Diabetes or Alzheimer Disease. Or advanced age?
I trust AOR. I've yet to be disappointed with any of their products. After trying many vitamin B complexes I keep coming back to this one. I don't pee neon yellow while taking this and it has benfotiamine and methylated forms that are (supposedly) better absorbed in the correct ratios. Basically, it keeps all your bases covered for the important B vitamins and is what I settled on after years of searching.
This has the vitamin Bs in active form and does not dilute them by including the inactive forms as well. The only exceptions are niacin, which is in the form of inositol hexanicotinate, and pantothenic acid which is included as well as its active form, pantethine.
Excellent product. Superior to other B complex vitamins for those of us who need extra support in our fight to conquer adrenal/thyroid issues. It has more of certain B vitamins that aren't available in the right amounts in other b complexes for those of us with the these issues. I always notice a difference when I take it properly.Plus this product is readily bioavailable.....less stress on the liver and more assurance that you are getting the B vitamins you need and paid for.
No magneisum stereate and other unnecessary ingredients is a plus point for sure. I take it with betaine powder so as to balance out TMG to help with vitamin Bs in the body. I brought this to help with my energy level and vitality. And I chose this particular brand because it's vegan and I will always support ethical company towards the animal and people. I chose this vitamin B complex supplements based on the ingredient list - I didn't want there to be too insane amounts of the B vitamins, because it's not good to overload on them. The quality is excellent, the pill size is small enough, so it's still easy to swallow, and I don't notice any taste. It definitely works and does something lol - sometimes after taking it I would get this almost like an energy burst and feel a bit hotter for a bit (it would pass quickly)
