Its nice, but i expected more

I love the sea kelp masks. They are incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin, they are soothing and help with breakouts. So i thought this serum would offer similar benefits, but not quite as much. It's soothing and feels refreshing on the skin, but it didn't help me with breakouts like the masks do. It's a good, soothing serum, extremely lightweight but I believe there are better options.
