This is the highest quality berberine supplement that I have been able to find. It has a higher dose of berberine HCI than advertised by most other brands at 600mg per capsule. This is a new product on iHerb. I have been taking Berberine 500 mg from another company that one was good to help my blood sugar and metabolism but this one is much better . You need to take two tablets per day and for me at least helped with my appetite and metabolism. I have lost 1 kg in the last week which has made me very happy . I chose this because of the high dosage. I felt the effect was strong. This was my 2nd time trying berberine but with a new brand.
