absolutely gigantic size of a pill. wasn't sure if i'd be able to swallow it... really scared i might choke. but turns out it is quite manageable, and considering the price of other L-arginine products, i think this one is great if you can just stand the size of the pills. seriously they are quite sth. my boyfriend goggled at the size. i've been taking it for about a week, so i'll need more time to experience the quality.
