Other products require taking 3 to 5 pills, but this one is just one, so it is convenient to take.

I'm currently taking creatine, but I bought this product to try because the ingredients are slightly different. I'll have to see how it performs to assess the quality. The size is similar to the product I used to take.

The bottle cap design is terrible; it broke after only one use and I couldn't open it no matter what I tried. I ended up having to cut the bottle open with scissors. This is the first time I've encountered this problem, and I will never buy from them again.

My favorite supplement, a must for women 40+. Also for sports.
