The flavor of this bar is very good. It has a nice minty flavor, not too overpowering. The dates give it just the right amount of sweetness. If you are trying to get away from refined sugars this is the chocolate bar for you. The quality is excellent especially with all of the natural ingredients. The price may seem high, but for the quality and taste it is worth it and iHerb has the best price around. I highly recommend this bar.
