Ive been taking this specific brand for about 4 months now. my A1C has definitely dropped. I use it in place of metformin, for a natural approach. It is important to make sure your berberine is dehydro berberine. I do wish it didn't cost so much.

I have been taking this supplement for 3 months now and I find it more effect than my previous berberine. I find that my clothes are fitting much better and I don't feel so drained. I highly recommend this supplement.

I'm almost through 1 bottle and to be truthful, I haven't noticed anything different from not taking them at all. It might work for some, just not for me.

It's clearly good quality because I noticed a change within days of starting to take it. I felt a purging effect, like my body was detoxifying. Unfortunately, the purging effect It does cause more acne, but that's normal when your body is cleansing, since it also contains milk thistle. I feel it's a bit expensive, but it does the job; it doesn't make you so hungry and it reduces anxiety.

seems clean, just less effective than the previous berberine I used.
