Practically every fenugreek supplement is good. You dont have to pay yourself silly to have a potent fenugreek. I bought two jars to prove the potency and I find it very regular. Absolutely nothing special here.

I might be wrong completely but I see this Toniiq, Fenugreek 70%, loses its potency so quickly when opened.

Good dosage, great saponin percentage which is crucial for what I'm after, best I've found so far in pill form.

Good value for the quality and refinement. I noticed some positive benefits after about 2-3 weeks at 2 capsules/ day. I withheld one star, because the product ingredients are refined for 70% saponins. However, the majority of clinical evidence and positive research-backed results with Fenugreek come from products refined for at least 50% finusides (a very specific type of saponin found in Fenugreek). The fenuside formulation is trademarked under the name Testofen and is licensed to supplement makers, making those products more expensive. This doesn't mean that high saponin content doesn't also give positive results, since it will still contain some level of fenusides. It is simply unclear how much fenuside content is present. At the price and high level of saponin concentration, I think this product is a fantastic alternative to the higher-priced Testofen versions. I will continue using it in alongside another more expensive fenuside-focused Fenugreek supplement.
