We use it, but not as many sprays as advised on the bottle, as my child finds it too itchy. I few sprays with immediate massage seems to work.

Very nice spray for kids as additional source of magnesium. Very handy especially moments of growth spurts. Though as all magnesium sprays it gives dry feeling and may be next time I'll try a lotion

I'm not sure if it really works. didn't help me kid to relax and for myself, it stung a little and maybe did make my muscles less.sore.after exercising

simple quality ingredients. easy to use. good size and price. usually spray it for my child in the feet before bed or on the legs if they feel tired or hard a long day. I believe it helps with muscle relief

Natural composition, very fine spray. Sometimes it stings baby's skin a little if you spray too much, just a little bit is enough.
