I'm small, so I bought this for myself. The part that touches my eyes is slightly three-dimensional, so it blocks out light without being annoying. The cover can be removed and washed, which is great, and the yellow embroidery adds a cute accent.
I got this sleeping mask for my little daughter that is nine years old and she absolutely loves this! And I like the fact that it is washable as well
I've tried multiple face masks but if you're petite, this is a good size. Also, it doesn't have a smell like most sleep masks do. You cannot microwave it but if you want to, you can take the flax seeds out of the liner and heat that up. Came in a cardboard package that did not leave a scent on the product itself which I appreciate. It's been helpful to use and has benefitted my dry eyes.
