Started this for my husband for his diabetes recently so I cannot say anything definite yet. However it seems his blood sugar levels dont spike that high at times. Will give it some time to see its effectiveness

The quality is excellent, the ingredients are healthy and easily absorbed, the packaging is well-sealed and made of glass, and the quantity is considered small for its price. The benefit is that it's considered a dietary supplement because the wild milk thistle helps the liver eliminate toxins. The taste is bitter if it stays in the mouth for too long. Just a heads-up: don't take it if you're healthy. It's only used as a dietary supplement for those with high liver enzymes and type 2 diabetes.
