Excellent high quality ingredients without added sugar or stevia (aggravates my bladder condition). They taste great without being too sweet. The mint one is my new favorite.
Great ingredients, some I like more than others. But a healthy snack nonetheless.
I was looking for a protein bar with clean ingredients, no palm oil or artificial sweeteners. These bars are on the pricier side but they are totally worth it. They taste pretty good too.

I really liked the one with mint inside and the one with the lion's mane mushroom the most, both are very tasty but the rest are also excellent
