The mask is good quality and get cooled in the fridge so that you get a cooling effect when wearing it. Very comfortable. For me I sometimes push the mask even closer to the face to cool down even more.
Good product overall. Straps could be a little longer at least for my head size. Been using this daily since I got it.

Easy to use, keeps in the freezer for morning use. Reduces puffiness in the morning. Excellent also after a Moroccan bath or after applying face masks. Best not to apply anything to the face during use to avoid soiling the face towel. It's best to store it in its plastic bag. Excellent size, excellent quality.
The mask size is a bit big so doesn't properly cool my face. Even after leaving it in the freezer overnight it still doesn't seem to be chilled. I want to like it but unless the size is changed it isn't useful
Perfect for people with migraines! It's a good size and easily adjustable. We'll see how it holds up over time, but it has a fabric side to avoid damaging the skin! It's designed to be used every 2 hours in case of intense pain.
The mask is very bulky, making it easier to use while lying down. It's recommended to apply it to the skin with the cloth side down, which reduces the cooling effect—I'm not happy with the purchase. I was hoping to use it in the morning to reduce swelling while running errands, but in reality, it's better used warm and while lying down.
