I had a flu in December and bought the oregano leaf extract to help fight the virus. The taste is very strong but does the job and cut the time down for being sick. Gaia is a little more expensive than other brands on the market but is high quality. You get what you pay for and I would order this product again.
This is my second time purchasing this product, and a small amount of this goes a long way. It is packaged in an amber glass bottle, which is great for preventing oxidation. Upon opening the bottle, the oregano scent is immediately noticeable. In terms of dosage, only a few drops are needed for a small cup of water. The taste has a pronounced oregano fragrance, though it is not overwhelming. I add a few drops to my water whenever I start to feel discomfort in my throat, and after a few hours, the sensation typically subsides. I highly recommend this oregano oil; its size also makes it convenient for travel.
