I usually don’t like writing reviews because people often trust them and sometimes they can be misleading. However, I wanted to share my personal experience. I have been using this product for about one week. For the first 2–3 days I took 1 capsule, and then I switched to 2 capsules. From what I understand, we usually only need about 3–5 mg maximum, which is what I am currently taking. The difference I have noticed is mainly in my energy levels. I have Hashimoto’s, and recently I was experiencing very low energy. I didn’t even want to wake up in the morning, talk much, or go to the gym. After starting this supplement, I noticed it gives me a good energy boost in the morning and improves my mood. I feel more motivated and able to complete my tasks on time. Because I now have more energy, I have also been able to work out more intensively, and I already feel some positive changes in my body composition. To be honest, I haven’t been taking it long enough to comment on long-term effects, but overall I think it is worth trying, especially for people dealing with fatigue. One thing to keep in mind is that you should drink plenty of water while taking it. I personally struggle with drinking enough water, but even that has improved because now I remind myself that I need to stay hydrated.
