Great if you have rough elbows :O
I have rough and kinda bumpy elbows since I can never get a good exfoliation from regular body scrubs. This helps quite a bit with rougher areas of skin! I used it for a good 3 weeks, 3 times a week, and noticed my elbows are smoother than usual. Small bottle is enough, you don't really need a lot either. The scent is subtle and it is a bit scratchy at first but that goes away quickly.
