I have been taking NMN for about a year now, for it's supposed anti-aging benefits. Since I haven't noticed any effects whatsoever and considering how expensive it is, I'm probably not repurchasing.
This is an amazing product, yes the amount of NAD is smaller than the other products but it has vit c and zink. I find it better suited to me since higher doses of NAD affect my sleep.
Took this when I was feeling like getting a cold and managed to turn it around in a few days. Pleased
The package and number of capsules are excellent, 30 capsules, the price is reasonable, and the formula is sweet and herbal. I ordered it from its official website after a long search because it does not ship directly. Thank God it is available on iHerb.
I take it around noon on long work days instead of a multivitamin in addition to my morning routine of taking 2 regular Tru Niagen. I can tell the difference in terms of energy. The problem is that you’re not supposed to take vitamin D every day…
I usually taking their NAD+ for a while and want to try this one. However, I did a search on Reddit and found that its product was changed the ingredients due to health concerns after I proceeding the payment. I may not add it to my cart next time, because I’m soo scared about the unsafe stuff in the supplement.
