Perfect for sprinkling on my families eggs every morning. Tastes good . Easy to take the sprinkle lid off to use a spoon if adding more to cooking. Smaller jar but it will last a while.
Great ingredients. Not strikingly salty either, great flavor. I haven't Saturday to get the smoky flavor yet.
I use it as an extra ingredient; the quality is impeccable. If you're on a diet, it's low in calories. I use it frequently in recipes, in a small portion per day. It tops Asian rice with a distinctive flavor. I recommend it because it's larger than it appears on the package and offers health benefits. For these reasons, I recommend it.
