Single-origin purple shallot powder from Burlap & Barrel. Finely ground, mildly sweet, with an oniony flavor. A great substitute for fresh onions in sauces, marinades, and dressings. 74g jar. Excellent product, very satisfied.

The taste is very mild, slightly sweet, and feels somewhat optional. The price is relatively high, so I'll consider buying it again after I finish using it.
