It really brings out the umami flavor of the food.

Spice in jar is hard packed and does not come out of jar. Second time I have had same problem with same spice and it is not expired- both being brand new. First bottle purchased elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Burlap and Barrel seasonings are excellent quality. This onion powder is very flavorful. I highly recommend giving it a try.

In the kitchen, which tends to be humid, the powder often clumps together, so I'm trying to figure out the best place to store it. The taste and convenience are superb. Just adding this deepens the umami and richness, making a variety of dishes more delicious. I always want to keep it in stock.

Yumyum! 😋 It smells a lot like onion rings, but when used to marinate or cook meat, it has a very unique caramelized onion flavor. Definitely worth buying!! I'll definitely buy other Burlap seasonings!! I think Burlap seasonings are much better flavored than Frontier and Simple Organics.
