I chose this honey because I wanted to try African honeybee honey. It's a delicious honey with a subtle floral scent. There's something romantic about being able to enjoy honey made from the nectar of flowers that don't grow in my own country. It's a little expensive, but a portion of the proceeds goes towards chimpanzee conservation, and it comes in a glass jar with a lovely label design.
