Prefer a D3 with K2 and being plant based offers better absorption. Like the dropper too, adjust as needed. Taste not unpleasant but you know its a supplement. Blood work shows good D levels.

Big fans of this plant-based D3 and K2 supplement. It has a very neutral taste and when held under the tongue for 30 seconds, seems to deliver the perfect amount of vitamins.
