I like the quality of this pasta. I appreciate the organic, simple ingredients. It tastes good. I like to use it with my tuna or chicken salad as well as with Alfredo or tomato sauces. I like to cook it for an additional minute or two to get the texture that I like. This pasta comes packaged in a medium sized 8 oz box.
