Great product by NOW. With quality ingredients. Pill size is nice and small so it is easy to swallow and packaging is great for travel. Aside from getting D from the sun I think this is a great addition to making sure that my levels are up where they should be. I take more when I feel like my immune system is down and I truly believe this D3K2 is great for my every day needs. I will continue to purchase.

I have come to like this product very much and I combine it with the Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin. The multivitamin offers 2,000 IU, which isn't bad at all, but since my vitamin D levels are in the 'insufficient' category (20–30 ng/mL), I believe that another 1,000 IU will support me even better—especially when sun exposure isn't an option. In other words the low dosage is very handy. I'm convinced that the benefits will be visible in my next blood test.
