I really enjoy this brand of tahini. It's a very creamy and velvety texture. The flavor is mild and nutty, not bitter at all. It makes great tasting hummus and salad dressings, it's great quality overall. I also like the easy-to-use and solid bottle, and sauce doesn't spill. I'll definitely purchase this again in the future.

I like that this brand has their tahini sauce in a squeeze bottle compared to other brands that use jars. With this squeeze bottle, it's less mess and less dirty utensils for me to wash.

Sesame seeds contain up to 55 percent oil and 20 percent protein. They provide us with "good fats" and some essential amino acids. Tahini is rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and vitamins B and E. Sesame paste is an excellent source of protein and fiber, essential for maintaining health. I used to buy it in a jar, but this one is much easier to use. I add it to salads, granola, and cottage cheese.
