I wouldnt recommend this for v60,as the taste is very strong of a very dark roast,id say way too strong,but not bitter.this is suitable for very gentle extraction ,a french press or just to pour boiling water and then strain. In my opinion it is way too expensive for its taste,but maybe its because its organic and considered more a health product than a just coffee.
